I ordered a Grand Chicken Ranch Burger WITHOUT TOMATO (this is not so uncommon nor is it hard to do), from the Rosebank Drive thru, confirmed my order 3 times with multiple staff members (All equally rude and annoyed that I asked if the order was without tomato but with everything else). When I opened the burger, it had no lettuce, no sauce and still had tomato on it.
I called the cell on the recite, Jet (the manager I assume) was not in the store at that moment. He provided me with Richard's number that was first an incorrect number and I then had to call back Jet for the correct one (since when does a client have to call staff members on behave of managers to sort customer care problems out). After speaking to Richard from the branch, he apologized but did not provide any acceptably solutions for the situation nor willing to refund the order. I had to call Jet back AGAIN he offered to deliver a burger a half an hour later, more that 45 minutes later I still did not receive a call back from him to confirm my address. It is unacceptable that a confirmed order is incorrect, that staff get annoyed with the customers for confirming the order. That during lunch (peak period) all manag
