Service is slipping

I'm a regular customer of the kfc at Waterfall, and usually the service is good. But lately I have noticed the service is slipping, like Saturday before leaving for Pretoria I stopped at Kfc and ordered 2 am risers (one with hash brown and one with a chicken patty) and one cappuccino, I asked when I got the order if there is sugar in the bag and she said yes, after I left I noticed there was no sugar and both risers was was with with chicken patty's, seeing that I was from from home I couldn't get sugar so I left the cappuccino as it was too bitter without sugar, Today I went to Kfc again and ordered the same, I told the cashier that my order was wrong the previous day and that she should please make sure that the order is correct this time, when I got home a noticed that I still got 2 risers with patty's, no hashbrown. 2 days and both orders were wrong!
