Unsatisfactory quality and shocking response

This was the email sent to [Email Removed] 2 days ago with still no response. i am so annoyed that a restaurant that's suppose to be of high class and exceptional quality would take this matter a bit seriously but i guess they do not worry about there customers.

Good day,

The reason for my mail is that I am extremely disappointed with the preparation of the food that my girlfriend and I received at your restaurant. This is what we are unhappy аbout:

1. The steak I ordered was good but I found a piece of hair on my Steak which totally put me off eating ever at your restaurant and for that evening.
2. My girlfriend whom had ordered the Lamb Shank was cold on the inside.

This is very unacceptable for the price we pay to eat at your restaurant and I am very disappointed. I would have thought a restaurant at your high quality would have at least have made some sort of compensation but I only but I received a dessert of my choice which I was grateful for but my apatite was already gone.
This mail is to inform you that we will never step foot in your restaurant as it was unsatisfactory and we will not recommend any there as well.
