COLD FOOD AND WRONG ORDERS

Went to buy food for the family on sunday night the 09-06-2013 at kfc parow
ordered r200 worth of food, CHIPS was cold, and ordered 2 hawaien twisters and got 2 grilled twisters
wife was not very happy with me
this is the second time this happened to me at this specific
kfc branch
And what bothered me the most was the lady EATING behind the counter she sat flat on the ground and munching away on a piece of chicken, did not bother me first shame she was probally hungry, but when they got my order wrong then it beCAME AN ISSUE
TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED IN KFC FOR SPOILING MY DINNER WITH COLD CHIPS AND GIVING ME GRILLED CHICKEN TWISTERS!!!
