Two Branches, different standards

On Tuesday evening we went for an earlier dinner at Cappachino's located in The Grove Mall, Pta East. Despite having had a previous bad experience at this particular branch, we decided to give then another try. Two meals were ordered. Spaghetti bolognaise and a chicken schnitzel. The spaghetti bolognaise was tasteless and had to be spiced up by adding salt, pepper and tomato sauce. The schnitzel dish which was ordered had a feta cheese, spinach topping. Despite the topping it was tasteless... To make things worse, I had a very upset stomach yesterday which can only be a result from the schnitzel I had
My question is how is it possible that the branch at Woodlands Mall, always have the finest quality food but the branch at The Grove, just don't have the same standards...??? Cappachino's Woodlands, you will always see us again. Cappachino's The Grove, that was it! Good luck in trying to get the standards up to an acceptable level
