Any compensation from Mcdonalds?

As I entered the ladies bathroom, my upper right hand side of my jacket was stained by green wet paint (which was NOT indicated). One of the Mcdonalds employees then went on to ask the contractor's to remove it for me with turpentine, which happened whilst I was wearing the jacket (It was a cold day) I suppose the turpentine penetrated though my jacket, jersey and vest and went on to burn my skin (proof, witnesses and images are available) which forced me to seek medical attention and has subsequently left me with a horribly scarred arm for life: """( How do I address this?
