Cannot get hold of the shop for days. No stock

Beginning of January I ordered two Springboks jackets online from [URL Removed]
Few days later I received one jacket. There was no explanation regarding the other jacket.
I had to phone, and when I did, I was told the other jacket was out of stock.

Two days ago I saw the Springboks Ladies jerseys for sale on their website.
I sent an email requesting this jersey to be posted as a replacement.
Received no response.

Yesterday, on their Facebook page I saw an ad:
"Buy Ladies Springbok Jersey for R299 online"
so I sent another follow up email.
Received no response.

Today I phoned 021 380 6360 at 3:30pm but the number was not working.

Bottom line is, this shop still owes me R350 for the jacket which I never received.
I requested a Springboks Ladies jersey as a replacement when the shop was advertising the same jersey on their website and their Facebook page. But the shop is not responding.

What happens now?

This online shop is keeping my money and not responding to my emails or telephone calls.
Hopefully posting this complaint on Hellopeter forces them respond.
