My husband sent his leather jacket for dry cleaning in Jan 2013. when he went to collect the jacket a month later he was told that the jacket had not been back in the shop as they had to send it somewhere to get it washed. 3 months later we discover that the jacket is damaged. the Jacket costs R8000.00. i am very disappointed and the fact that they still about the jacket, the time we spent going up and down. He wants to replace it with a rubbish leather jacket, we need this sorted out. what made maters even worse is the fact that the jacket has mould, which clearly says that it has been kept in the shop with them since it got damaged, and the attitude that Anil has given my husband i am sorry but it is unacceptable. we want him to pay for the jacket, and also he is greedy, he should have said that he has never had to wash such and cannot dry clean it for us, but no, he played big and "MR KNOW IT ALL".
