Bad quality product

I bought a Jacket about a month ago at a prices which according to me is not cheap (R499.95), I have not even paid off the jacket yet and I already have it looking like a second hand jacket after one wash, buttons come loose daily (it has about 20 buttons on the jacket in total and off those buttons I had to work back on about 9. After one wash the jacket looks like its been worn for months. The side pockets in the jacket was stitched close and I had to remove the stitching in order to use the pockets. I honestly do not understand how the quality can be this poor. I know it sounds petty when complaining about sowing on buttons again but when I buy a jacket I do not expect to have work done on it of any kind before its even paid off. I did submit a complaint on the Edgars website last week but did not receive any feedback. If this is the type of quality that we get from Edgars I will no longer be guying anything from this supplier. This is not the first product with bad quality I received but I've now decided I can't keep quite anymore, I do not have the money to buy new clothes every month because of bad quality.
