I"m so disappointed in Edgars exchange policy. On 08.06.13 I bought a toddlers jacket, because he had an accident. As it was an emergency and it was cold out side I quickly went to the store and bought a jacket. When I got to the car, and when I put it on I noticed the wrist part was too tight and had to force his hand in. So I made him wear the jacket anyway as I was in a hurry. Now when I return the jacket to the store they refuse to exchange, claiming it has been worn. Claiming who is gonna buy a worn jacket. Yes no one is going to buy it because no child of 2 years can easily fit their hands in there. I'm also disappointed on the service I got from Boniswa, she didn't care at all, even looking for a manager took her about 15 minutes. Do you purposely hire people who don't care about customer service. She did not even assess the jacket and see what I was talking about. Can somebody please get back to me.
