I went to pizza perfect Blu valley mall on Thursday 18 July 2013. I ordered pizzas and just before paying changed the order. The staff member assisting me accepted the change request as they had not started on our pizzas. When I received the order, the changes were not made correctly as per my request.By that time I had already paid and could not claim my money back. The staff member who assisted me told me I do not know what I was talking about and that I had made the mistake. After trying to level with him I lost my cool and started exiting the store upon which he made a comment to the other staff and they all laughed aloud at me as I exited the store!!! I find this service and behavior extremely poor and pathetic and would like the owner to address his staff about it. I will not be supporting that store again and it goes without saying that I will advise friends and family not to do so either.
