Firstly, I phone order for a reason and that is to not have to wait in long lines because I have a limited time for my lunch break: I ended up waiting at the store for about 10 minutes after leaving the office 10 minutes after placing my order (I also confirmed the time that i'll be there to collect with the person taking my order).
Secondly: because I was already running late, I had no time to check if I had everything. All I could think of was getting back to work on time. To my dismay, when I arrived at work, I saw that my choclate mousse wasn't in the bag! seriously? I called the store to inform them of their disservice towards me and yep, you guessed it; NOTHING was done about it. All the lady could say was "sorry" which doesn't help me in the least! she didnt even try to appease a disgruntled customer

I think the worst bit was opening up a bag of very dry, very cold wings... after I so nicely asked for extra sauce and then reiterated "please make sure there's extra sauce" which I dont know why I bother doing because they never add the extra sauce, they just add the sticker that says "special request"

I'm disgusted with the service! especially since I'm a frequent consume
