Cant put an order togethe

I was at the new Nandos, I tried to call both numbers did not work to pre order my take aways. when i did order there was no mash on a friday night. I ordered extra sauce on the 2 chickens. i get home its as dry as ever. I had to drive back to get the extra sauce. it was on the ticket for extra sauce and i told them 3 times while waiting for the food and could not do it. I found a bone in my peri wedge, inside it how does that happen and then when eating the chicken there was blood. it was order number 03 and till slip 803
