Ude staff and even worse manage

I ordered a full chicken and asked for extra sauce as a special request. before i left the restaurant i checked my order and noticed that there was no extra sauce in my chicken. i asked for extra sauce and the 'cook' rudely replied with the words "i did add extra sauce so don't tell me i did not, say that you want more".
the manager approached me and i told him that as a customer i was not satisfied with the service. he responded by saying that he knows that i am a customer but they have procedures and if i don't like it i can just go. Clearly Nando's does not value their customers or treat them with respect. i will no longer be buying anything from Nando's.
