Hello,

I made the mistake of going to Mugg & Bean Fourways for a meal, I ordered the burger with chips. As my food arrived so did the manager to ask me how everything is. at that stage everything was fine because I had not tasted the food yet. why send staff around to ask if everything is ok when the customer has not tried the food yet?
the chips turned out to be raw so I finished the burger and asked for the bill. the waitress took my plate away with a full package of chips on it without even bothering to ask why I had not eaten the chips. how does that work? if I was still waitering and someone returned a meal they had not touched, I would ask why. Anyway the waitress then seemed confused as to why I did not leave a tip. very sad experience that now leaves me with the thought that I never want to go back to a Mugg & Bean again.
