Nandos
No extra sauce on my chicken

Recently I have been noticing that my chicken that was supposed to have extra sauce hardly had anything on it when I got home. On my last trip to the Nandos at San Ridge, I examined my chicken before taking it home and still no extra sauce as requested. I complained to the cashier about the lack of extra sauce on my chicken and I was told that the manager had instructed them not to put extra sauce on the chicken. After much arguing with the cashier about how much extra sauce other Nando's stores put on my chicken, he eventually obliged to my request for extra sauce.

After such bad treatment to something I am entitled to as a customer, I will never set foot again at the Nandos at San Ridge.
