Nandos
No foresight. / Head office red tape

I have been a frequent visitor to various Nandos and spend between 1, 5k and 2, 5k a month. However, due to the unavailability of the Tangy Tomato sauce in a commercial format, I also request extra to enjoy with our meal. Many restaurants have been willing to provide a little extra sauce. However, I walked out of two yesterday as the manager was not prepared to give a little extra sauce.

I have many other bottles of sauce which I have purchases so as to not have to ask for extra sauce. When are you going to allow your a management a little discretion in the decision making process to allow for situations like this or make the sauce available at the various retailers. Really disappointed in the East Rand Mall manager Cleo and the manager at Eastgate.
