Lack of service delivery

On the 03/07/2013 we ordered from nando's in malibongwe drive. the meal was for 10 people and when we spoke to the lady that took down the order she was rushing and had an attitude towards me. i ended up shouting at her as she did not give me the chance to speak. finally we got things done and all the meals were suppose to have extra sauce which we did not get and the meat was DRY! there was only one meal that had the extra sauce, 1 butter with 10 rolss, 5 tomato sauce and 3 chillie sauces were there. we called owen and he said there is nothing he can do the first time we called him as the supervisor, then a colleague of mine called him and he promised to have the extra sauce delivered. surprisingly the delivery guy went to drop off other orders 1st when he knew that we had a limited lunch break which we explained to owen and he was the one who said that the dude has other order to deliver.this is not the 1st time we had problems with nandos malibongwe, usually they mess our orders up and deliver the incorrect amount of meals and no one ever gets back to us. i find this rather disgusting from such a large company
