Cannot give customer 2 extra sachets of sauce!!!

I call to place an order for delivery. Order for over R100 and request to be given sachets of peri sauce.
Their company policy is to not give sauce for chicken only for chips! WOW! That's amazing! I cancelled my order because of this - they would rather lose an order than give the customer some sachets of sauce which costs a few rands. Unbelievable. I am then told by 'Manager' - Marsha, I have to order twice to get extra! WOW! Again her rudeness and arrogance surprises me. I cancel my order and she still says its okay! I will never buy Nandos again - rather go to a restaurant where I can get some sauce without a hassle!!! Call customer care and all they can say is they will follow up with the branch!! That doesn't help!
