15-minutes in queue - one person in front

So McD's opens a new branch in Victory Park close to my home and my kids and I are so excited to go! There was only one person in the queue in front of us so we were all excited to be served and get our meal. We waited 15 minutes!!! And that was before we were served. Getting together our Share Box took another 10 minutes! That resulted in 25 minutes before we received our meal. Now if there was a long queue I would understand, but this service was appalling! No apology from anyone even. The lady behind me then voiced her complaint at the long wait only to be told, "sorry ma'am, we are all new"... unacceptable. Anyway, this happened three weeks back and I was not going to complain, but felt that you needed to know that I am not happy and am rather driving to Cresta with my wife and kids where I enjoy decent service.
