Worst service EVER

Right, so i would like to say poor service if there was some service at all. I went to McDonalds for a late night snack like i always do after a night out. I thought, let me Stop at the McDonalds at Mall@Reds, seeing that they on my way home. I waited 2nd in the queue for almost 30 minutes and still didnt get served. I was there with some friends who were about 4th in the queue. My order hadnt even been taken yet. So i Drove to another McDonalds in Centurion Lifestyle, about 6km away, got Served there and ate my food before driving back to meet up with my friends, who at that stage had only just reached 2nd place in the queue. Now i ask... how is this Service... how do they make money??? The owner had better make a plan Soon, else i dont see that Franchise lasting very long with such incompetent people. If the owner reads this, PLEASE CALL ME and i will explain even further about the past few bad experiences i have had.
