Spur Steak Ranches - Worst Service

A comapanion and I received the worst service at the Sable Centre Spur. This is the second time I experience atrocious service at a Spur and am just about tired of the service! Our food order took more than 20min to arrive and when my plate finally arrived my nachos were as cold as could be. Having asked the waiter to warm them up she took another 15 or so minutes to get this done. I eventually told them to leave the food and to stop wasting my time at which point their floor manager came to "apolologise"- she seemed more concerned that I was not going to pay for the plate than for the bad service experience, simply no empathy. If I have my way will never use another Spur ranch and I hope action can be taken by their head office for such bad treatment of a paying customer!
