We booked for the Movie Thor 2 for Saturday 09-11-2013 09:05 (at Gateway) as a group of 5. My fiance and I chose the love nest seats for us. Arriving at the cinema we went to get our popcorn and drinks from the sterkinekor kiosk (food court level) to be told that they are not open as yet. We went upstairs and waited in the queue for a further 10 minutes now with only few minutes before the movie can start.

My fiance waited in that line while I went back downstairs to find they opened and a few people had already been served. There was only one cashier and one queue only. A second attendant then arrives and people from the back of the queue are now being served before me yet I was in the front of the original queue. We had missed 15 minutes of the movie in the IMAX 3D cinema just because of this lack of customer service. Finally in and we find that we do not have the lovenest seats. These were seats 8 and 9 opposed to what I showed online as 10 and 11. I have both my movie slip and the booking slip showing what we had booked.

I would like to know what is going to be done about this pityful service and a total waste of R90 per ticket for a movie I did not get to enjoy?
