Forgot to make my order!!!

I placed a meal order at the drive through at 9:29 this morning and was asked to please wait in the parking lot for my order. I waited a very long time and at 10:05 (36 minutes later) I walking into mcdonalds to find out where my meal is. There was NO one in the front to assist clients so after a few minutes the lady that gives the meals through the drive through window came to help me. When i asked where my meal was... They had forgotten about it!!! and then only started making it. This is seriously pathetic and i will NEVER go there again!
