Agent 2971 refused to let me fetch Gautrain card

On Mon 17/06/2013 @05:07PM I entered Sandton Station parking to pick up family.14 minutes&they've arrived, my wife took them to car to settle in kids whilst I stood in the ONLY queue to cashier available to pay for parking. Took 15 minutes to reach the front of queue, I asked the cashier how much I owed for parking whilst she took my parking ticket&dropped it into some sort of box below the counter to her right. She asked for my Gautrain card&I mentioned I didn't have it with me, she replied it would cost R100.I politely asked if she'd mind if I ran to the car to fetch gautrain gold card&she began shouting at me telling me I said I didn't have a card@all. I replied I didn't have it on me but if she'd allow me to go&fetch it & come back straight without waiting in the queue, i'd appreciate it.By now she was shouting at me whilst there was a long queue behind me & others were getting understandably frustrated. I asked again if she'd allow me to go get it or not, she refused&forced me to pay R100.Not only was I charged to wait for waiting in the queue to pay.but was humiliated in front of everybody as she made it sound as if I was lying. I request an apology&escalation.parking was paid@05:49PM
