Making us wait unnecessarily

We arrived at the drive thru at 00:15 to place an order, but they told us that they are closed and we should wait 15 minutes. When I asked why they are closed, I received no answer. We went to the parking and waited 15 minutes, there were other people waiting as well, and then we went through the drive thru again at 00:30, this time the person on the other side of the intercom again told us that they are closed and I should wait 15 minutes. When I asked why they made me wait 15 minutes and when came back through they again said 15 minutes, I was ignored totally, I was obviously not important enough to speak to for them. I find it shocking that they made me wait 15 minutes for nothing, received no service and was ignored. I was highly disgusted.
