Bad management

This is now the six time I have to arrive at KFC that there is no chicken. The last time I was in the drive thru for 45 minutes because they was busy prepare the chickend I was told I must wait another 40 minutes for the Chicken. What do they not understand what does drive thru stands for. The drive thru is a wait thru and not a drive thru, every time you wait in the cue for at least 20 minutes because they take the orders and payment at the same point. The milkshake machine is also broken now for 3 weeks, do they want the place to fail or do they want to make money and keep the costemors happy. It is really stupid management that do not know how to manage a place like that. Thanks there is a McDonald's opening and will rather buy food there.
