Poor service

This morning in Delmas, we ordered two am oats and two cappuccino's, when we ordered at 6:30 the lady that helped us said that the oats would still be 5 minutes to prepare and asked if we would wait.

At 6:20 I walked in to ask what is taking so long, as we were asked to park in the parking area and not to wait in the drive through. When they saw me they just ignored me and went to the back to finish the oats, when they eventually gave me the oats I needed to ask for the cappuccino's as it seemed they forgot about it completely.

To wait 25 minutes for an order that you placed at a drive through is totally unacceptable, as it seems this is the way they prefer to do business. This morning weren't the first time that we had to wait for an order, at a previous encounter the manager asked us at 7:00 to please leave as they were busy with a staff meeting, however the doors were open and no signage were up to explain the situation.

It would seem that if you advertise that you serve breakfast from 6:00, that the products you advertise should be ready at 6:00 or you should reconsider to rather close as you don't live up to the standards that you advertise.
