To whom it may concern
We had just stepped out of an Intercape bus from Cape Town to Queenstown. My wife suggested that we quickly buy something for our family back at home and I suggested that we buy them a 5 piece Chicken at KFC. We went in there very pleasant atmosphere like most KFC I have been into. We bought our 5 piece and SESENYANE was my cashier very welcoming I must say. I payed using my debit card and she did not have a pen and I understood because it can get really busy that you loose track of many things, when she left to go look for a pen and PATIENCE came and she had a pen and I signed off as per normal. Immediately I remembered that we have a cold drink and I asked for a straw, now this is when they both lost it. They shouted me at full view of customers, told me that I can not get a straws from there if I did not buy a cold drink from them. To my surprise PATIENCE offered me he business skills that it does not make business sense that I must just come and get straws from KFC. What is a straw for goodness sake? I have worked with many KFC franchises, with their skills development and legislative training etc I have never witnessed that. Some guy gave me his.
