DISGUSTED KFC KRAAIFONTEIN

15 of us went to Kraaifontein branch 5/10/2013 that left us disgusted and disappointed. Firstly, two separate groups of people ordered family treat meals. When we received the meals we saw no plates in order to eat out of a plate like NORMAL HUMAN BEINGS. When asked for plates, we were told it was. They told her they cannot provide her with it, she must eat out of the packet they put her food in. She had a little baby with her, and she had to eat out of a brown bag??? We ordered a 2L Coke, and asked for glasses to drink out of, we were told to take 8 straws and drink from the bottle! I mean c'mon! Are we animals? That is pathetic! Three of us ordered Medium sized, Zinger Burger meals, when we opened the boxes; we found SMALL LITTLE SNACK ROLLS with a BIG piece of chicken fillet smack down in the middle. The rest of us were too scared to take our meals back for fear of what they would do to our food. While we were eating we suddenly see a SMELLY HOMELESS man walking toward us to ask for money. There was a security guard, why could he not stop him before he entered the store??? We also saw MOP WITH DIRTY water, sitting right across us at the eating table. I have pictures.
