On 25 May 2013 a customer of mine open a sealed can of Lipton Ice Tea. Put in a straw to drink and had this disgusting thick jelly like substance come up the straw! We then proceeded to empty the contents of the can in a glass only to find the most awful piece of something that was in the can. It is a huge green slimy piece of heaven knows what! It was disgusting!
I emailed Lipton on the 28 May 2013 explaining the incident and have heard absolutely nothing back from them! not a peep! I told them that I kept the can and the "unidentified object" but still nothing!
I even sent photos and I have a video! Perhaps I should have contacted them on their facebook or twitter page then I might have gotten a response!
Sad to think we have to go to these measures before they start listening!
