Very stupid and Rude Cashie

Tjooooo!!! I have never been so shocked by such bad service. I went to KFC Park Central on Sunday at around 03:15 I got there I waited patiently in the queue. When it was time for me to place an order I was being served by Dammy and I wanted Hawain Burger and cold drink but I was told that the do not make burgers they only have meat. So I had to buy streetwise 2 and Lemon Twist. What was more shocking is that she put everything in a bag and she threw 4 packets of chilli salts and 1 packet of tomato sauce in the bag then she gave me and walked away. In that packet there was not serviette and also a straw. I had to ask Nonhlanhla for a straw and left without a serviette.
What is strange is that: this particular branch does not serve burgers yet the previous day I bought a burger at KFC Fordsburg. How is that possible? Why does she throw things in the bag? Why no straw and serviettes? Did she really have to walk away.
How stupid can one be? Was she hired based on the rudeness or what?
I need answers.
