Lack of promised feedback on Outstanding Issue!

Your response was as follows:

It does matter to give me assurance about any feedback and nothing comes out of it as this creates a false impression that issues do get resolved while in reality they are not. My whole point about taking this issue up was principle and the fact that my incident could be a common practice that never get resolved.
