A bee in my drink!

On Sunday, 17 Feb 2013, my daughter and friend went to have a drink at Centurion News Cafe (Jean Ave). My daughter's drink arrived with a dead bee in it. When she raised it with the waiter, the manager arrived and said she can't control nature and they need to pay for the drink - according to her there were no bees in the bar area. She has absolutely no idea of what it is to run an establishment like News Cafe and to ensure returning customers. I have eaten there once before - the are always appears dirty, tables are sticky etc.

News Cafe should provide STRICT customer service training to all their staff and get rid of obnoxious, arrogant staff dragging their name through the mud.
