I wanted to find out if all News Cafe has a tendencies of keeping clientele waiting.

I was at your Woodmead branch today and EVERYTHING I asked for took no less than 10min to get to me from wifi pin's to a simple beer. Even my bill I had to call the manager to get.

I don't know if this is your service mandate but its been one of the worst services I have received
