The customer is the keystone of any business. News Cafe emperors issued a voucher. News Cafe Boksburg refused to accept the voucher. I checked when it was issued if the voucher could be used anywhere and thus confirmed. Now at Boksburg Christopher, the manager went on tell me about he could write a R4000 voucher and use it at any News Cafe but then who would pay for that voucher. That is not my problem. Christopher should have a made a plan. That is his job. He told me he knew Dawn and the owners at Emperors so he could have called them and got his money from them for the voucher. Going above and beyond s the core of the service industry and a phonecall is hardly hardwork. Instead he just cemented the bad reputation i keep seeing of the News Cafe brand. Even so a voucher is a voucher is a voucher. If it says News Cafe it should be valid at any News Cafe.
