NEWS CAFE @ EMPERORS PALACE SHOULD BE CLOSED

I am utterly disgusted from the service that we continuously receive from News Cafe. They take on more customers then they can handle and when the pressure gets to them it becomes the customers fault!!!
On Saturday my boyfriend and I went to News Cafe as my birthday was during the week, The place was overcrowded but we stayed due to the fact that it was already late.
We had waiters claim we ordered drinks and shooters when we did not. Because of it been overcrowded their waiters could not handle the pressure.
It got so bad that we ordered drinks and an hour later the waiter brought it to us, we had told her we no longer wanted it and ordered from someone else. She insisted we pay for it and had the bouncers to back her up...
I had to go to the car to get more money to pay the waiter whilst my boyfriend sat by the bouncer!!!

If that is the way their staff treat their customers then they should close down!!!
if she was polite and didn't have such an attitude I would have gladly paid her however coming an hour late and having the bouncer threaten us is not on!
