KFC Takes an award for Bad Service

Yesterday - 04.06.2013 After a long day at work, me and a colleugue decided to have dinner at KFC, we went to the one in Carlton Centre and i must say the service was extreemly pathetic, we got there at arount 19:00, the Que was not that long but the service was so pathetic that we had to leave. There was only one cashier assisting both on the teller and packing food, the other staff were just laughing and talking loud on how the cashier should hurry so that they can leave. There were brooms and mops all over the place. They were chit chatting and laughing as if we were not there, and did not take any one complaining about the service serious. I am seriously disgusted by the service, and wish people can stop buying from KFC. After standing there waiting to be served for 15 minutes, we decided to leave because there was no hope that we will be assisted anytime soon. I seem not to win with KFC, last time i was serve 2 small wings in my street wise - after consulting a friend who worked for KFC, he told me thats how they balance the meat. no one wanted to take responsibility and now this!
