Worst Service Eve

I went to KFC Kraaifontein yesterday. After standing in the line for 20 minutes without explanation and only 1 cashier taking orders I eventually got to the cashier. I ordered 2 streetwise five's and twice said that I dont want middle breasts but rather side breasts. First the cashier (Zeze) told me that I would have to take wings in its place but then after I told her I want side breasts a lovely gentleman named Lungelo (a friendly face) said that I can have have side breasts in the place of middle breasts. After waiting another 10 minutes for my order I checked it in front of the cashier and found middle breasts in it. I gave it back saying that I specifically asked for side breasts. Why does one have ask 3 times for the same thing before getting what you want? I would also appreciate it if the service could be friendlier and also that more staff be appointed on busy days like public holidays. The other customers that were standing in the queue were just as irate as I was to wait so long.
