Spur Steak Ranches
No service after 1 hour!!!

We always support our local spur as the kids love it. Yesterday, however was the last time I supported a brand which definitely need to look at the way they treat clients.

We arrived at Brackenfell Spur and we got a table at 16h30. Drinks were ordered, "cold" hot chocolate and the kids milkshake in a take away cup, arrived in a glass. Great for a 3 year old.

Ordered our food and according to the Spur system, ordered at 17h05. Never saw the waitress again. At 17h35 we decided to leave. Went to the manager who confirmed the above mentioned time frames. Not trying to fix the problem, only saying that we will find out why it happened.

So basically I cant complain about your service as I did not receive any!

I did put this experience on my Facebook page and I was shocked to see how many people complained about the same experience at the Brackenfell Spur!!!
