Worst service ever received!!!

The customer service at jabulani mall, Kfc is getting worse by the day. I was there to buy dinner, ordered food and also decided to get extra mash.the lady (with attitude) said something with regards to a large one, which I then asked what he wad talking about as I only knew the regular mash. I gave her my card only for her to scratch my debit card by the counter while screaming my order. I asked her to stop bt she gave me lip and decided to ramble on and on.(could Not believe my ears, as she kept on). I let her be, asked for the manager ands she decided to tell me the managers were not available as they leave at 5pm! (what kind of a place runs
Without management)! I asked for the customer service number, which she did not know and told me I would get it on paperbag which had my food, I couldn't find it told her I would not leave without it but she countinued, calling other people to serve, while I stood there, until I left! I will not go back to that place again and I will make sure everyone I know, knows about it.
