On 2 previous occasions I ordered food at the drive-thru facility at the Laudium branch, when I got home I found that I had not received what I ordered and paid for. When I went back the staff were very unhelpful in sorting out their error. Once thereafter at the drive-thru I was told the card payment machine was not working only after I wanted to place my order (after waiting in the queue for at least 15 minutes). I left without purchasing anything. The last straw was 2 weeks ago when I went into the store to avoid problems with a non-functional card machines. After placing an order and producing my card for payment the teller said the card machine did not work. I asked her to use one of the other pay points which were working. She refused to do so. Eventually, I had to borrow cash from a friend who happened to be at KFC at the same time. Generally, the level of customer service in the Laudium branch is nothing short of pathetic. When they are busy, there is no form of client control; hence people who walk in long after others waiting in a queue are served first. Some staff are arrogant and do not care if customers leave due to poor service.
