Friday 31/05/2013 I took my team (11 people) out to lunch to celebrate the farewell of one of my staff members. I called shortly after 14:00 to confirm if the request can be accommodated of which Klaas answered the call and referred me to the Manager Joe. Joe handed the phone back to Klaas and I could hear him in the background telling Klaas that he needs to place the order as eat in. I didn't't expect that this was only the beginning of what was to come. We arrived at Nando's a little after 14:30, our office block is like 5 minutes away. On arrival there was no space for us to sit and it took them almost 10 minutes to arrange seating for us. I went to pay for our order which was done telephonically but only received our food almost an hour later 40 minutes after payment. It took them almost 25 minutes from the time we sat down to eat to order our drinks which was brought with no glasses and when the food was finally delivered we only received cutlery 20 minutes later. We had one waitress who was serving us whilst the rest of the Nando's staff was having lunch right next to us. I think this was the most disgusting service I have ever experienced with a Nando's branch.
