Service At McDonalds Victory Park Is Appalling

My collegues and I went to the McDonalds Drive-Thru on our way to work, as we were early for work. I had to greet the lady who takes orders on the machine after waiting for 2 minutes to get assisted. When she did get around to getting our order, she was distracted and I had to repeat (three times).
We got to the "Pay" window, our order was not confirmed, the lady took my card and billed it. On the way to the "Pick Up" window, we realized that only a cappuccino (R16) was charged. I then told her paid for something we did not order. She wasn't assisting and telling me she is a manager, She asked me to go inside to pay, which I refused. Why should I have been inconvenienced by a problem McDonalds made? She then called the "real" manager; who came to us without greeting or apologizing. His attitude was appalling to say the least. He was, rude and arrogant saying that people make mistakes and I should understand and come inside and pay. I told him to bring a speed-point to me and he refused, telling me about customers be inconvenienced behind me and that I should move out the way and come in to pay. He left me to attend other customers, telling his team to ignore us.
