What a bad service I got from Brenda

At 10pm today (16th of Jan 14) I use a MacDonald's Drive Thru at Centurion, Heuwel Road for a reason. I placed an order at the intercom and I proceed to the payment window and there was no one there and the window was even closed. I wait for a few seconds and I decided to drive on to the collections window to find out what is happening. That is where Brenda came and asked me where I come from, I then tried telling her that I ordered but there was no one at the payment window and she told me, in a rude attitude, that I must either park my car and walk back to the payment window to pay (this is where car DRIVE THRU) mind you, or I should drive right through around to pay. I humbly told her that why cant I pay inside and still with attitude, she said I can walk inside. I told her to apologise, and she still did that with attitude. I walk inside and she has the nerve of asking me what I had ordered because "they" cancelled my order. I was so angry at that time I asked for the manager (called Merriam) who apologised and gladly assisted me. This is pointless though when people such as Brenda can get away with murder while a customer is left to go home with anger. I need this followed up!
