Waiting 45 minutes for 2 mcFlurries

I placed my order, which was 2 chocolate cornetto mcFlurries. The tillpoint lady rung it up and gave me my slip after paying. she asked me to wait, my order will be ready now now. After 15 minutes of waiting she then called me to notify me that their chocolate hadn't't melted so they could not make me chocolate cornettos, I then agreed to switching the order to 2 oreo mcFlurries. the lady assured me that my order would be ready now now (AGAIN). As I waited patiently, people who ordered meals and shareboxes after I had placed my order left. I then asked the lady what was going on and she told me the ice cream machines weren't working but they'll be back up in a few minutes!!! WHY DIDNT SHE TELL ME BEFORE? I HAD TO GET HOME! I then told the lady to give me a refund as I am in a rush, she refused and went to the back. After 2-3 minutes she came back with 2 oreo mcFlurries.

I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHY THEY OPENED THE MC DONALDS IF THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED!! THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I EXPERIENCED HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!
