Ronald Bad Bad Bad Service

On Saturday 14/09/2013 my husband and i went to Spar to buy take away food we paid and when we went to collect our food at the food counter we waited 15 minutes for someone to come and help us, i then asked another guy who was standing outside to help us but he said he will call someone for us, 5 minutes later another guy i asked him to help us but he refused he said his waiting for someone to help me count meat, i asked him if we should wait another 15 minutes to get service he said we must wait till his done, I went back inside i saw another lady and ask her to call the store manager for me cause i want to lay a complain against Ronald she went outside with me and told Ronald to assist us but as soon as she went back inside he refused to help us, I went inside the store and asked for my money back as i was inside he tols my husband that his not a fool or stupid he won't help us his waiting for the meat to be counted, His colleague told himcustomer comes first and he must serve us but still he refused so 2 of his colleagues told him tp serve us but he still refused, he treated us like and didn't have good customer service he didn't even care to make us happy... BAD SERVICE IT WAS
