Mcdonalds
No explaination

On Sunday 10.11.2012 I went to buy 3 milkshakes from the Ottery Mcdonalds. I went to the drive through which was manned by someone shouting my order back to me while I was busy talking to him. Once i had paid I went to the pick up area to collect the milkshakes, at which point I was asked to wait at the grill area. I waited for about 6/7 minutes with no one coming to see what we were waiting for. I then went inside to ask about my order at which point I was told that there was no syrup in the machine, I was never informed that the wait would be so long. When I asked for the manager I was told that she was on her way, and she was walking slowly to the machine with the syrup. I had been waiting for over 10 minutes for my order by this point and requested my money back. I got my money back but no apology or explanation as to why a order of 3 milkshakes had taken so long. I then had the task of explaining to my 2 year old daughter that I couldn't get the milkshake that she wanted.

The attitude that was displayed to me, the paying customer, was shocking and I doubt I would ever want to go to this particular Mcdonalds again.
