Bye KFC hello Burger King

I am a very unhappy, ex customer of KFC. I went to your N1 city branch tonight and ordered a family feast and twister at the drive thru. I was told i had to go and park as the chicken will take 20 min... i could not understand why as they werent very busy (now i know why).while i waited 30 min nearly 20 cars just drove off and went to mac donalds next door... i tried phoning the store to find out why my order is taking so long but no one answered. I saw 2 unhappy customers returning there food. When i got home the chips was so dry and old we could not eat it, the 2 small burgers looked like small vetkoeke with old lettuce, one of the chicken pieces was a piece of bone and the other over cooked and it looked like biltong, the chicken leg did not even have meat on it... what is going on?? are you selling chicken biltong now? i waisted an hour of my Sunday evening because of your incompetent staff and management in your store!!! im disgusted in the quality and service!!! Thank for Burger King that's opening next week! Good bye KFC, hello Burger King.
