KFC Kensworth - Terrible service

This KFC never has any working card machines. I stood in line for 20 minutes to get to the front of the line and place my order to only once again be informed that 'oh sorry our card machines don't work'. This is the regular for this KFC. There's never any sign to inform the customer that the machines don't work and only cash is accepted or to inform people of any other problems.

To top this almost everything you see on the menu and want to order is either out of stock or there's some other problem or excuse for why you cannot order what you see on the menu. The coffee machine is always broken and so is the ice cream machine. On a regular day your lucky if you're able to order chips and pay for them.

The staff taking orders at the tills are also rude, don't understand what your asking them most of the time and randomly allow people who come in after you to be helped before you while you stand there like an wondering whats going on.

I will not be returning to this KFC.
